surprisingly lovely stay
friendly staff good food clean hotel kids pool
the staff was really nice i especially liked diana the animator she clearly loves her job the food at the pool restaurant was surprisingly good the hotel had a high standard it was clean and well organised my daughter was very happy with the playground and kids pool it features two slides
the wi-fi was sometimes slow in the evenings it made streaming difficult but it wasn't a major issue

the pool includes designated areas for adults and children it had many sun loungers a shaded area for families there is also a poolside bar i noticed provided quick service and a varied drinks menu

Adequate But Problematic Stay
inadequate cleanliness unsatisfactory response
The location is fairly convenient for accessing nearby shops and restaurants.
I found several issues with cleanliness . A used razor was left on the bathroom floor upon arrival. The staff response to this serious issue was not satisfactory, and the razor remained there throughout my entire nine-night stay.

a good stay!
clean room smiling staff great location
i just returned from a lovely stay. the room was clean and spacious. the staff were always smiling and ready to helpwith such a cute atmosphere. i also really liked the location, since it was close to so many shops.
the wifi signal wasn't always consistent, but honestly, it was a minor inconvenience.

the pool area included ample loungers and a snack bar with tasty food. the hotel offered daily activities, such as darts and billiards, for those interested. i spent some time at the basketball and soccer field.

my one-bedroom apartment featured a large balcony with seating. the beds provided premium comfort and the shower pressure was fantastic. the cleaning staff did an amazing job!!!
